PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE CAREFULLY. BY ACCESSING OR USING THIS SITE OR OUR SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS DESCRIBED HEREIN AND ALL TERMS INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THESE TERMS, DO NOT USE THIS SITE OR SERVICES.
These CenterFuze Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our websites, platforms, and related services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by CenterFuze (“CenterFuze,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms and any referenced policies. If you do not agree, you must cease using our Services immediately.
We may modify these Terms from time to time at our sole discretion. If we make changes, we will provide notice by updating the Effective Date or through other reasonable means. By continuing to use our Services after any modifications, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using our Services immediately.

1. SERVICE LEVEL COMMITMENTS
CenterFuze strives to maintain at least 99.9% uptime for its Services. If uptime falls below this level for a calendar month, affected customers may request service credits equal to a pro-rated portion of their subscription fees. CenterFuze does not guarantee uninterrupted service and is not liable for downtime caused by force majeure events, maintenance, or third-party failures.
2. DATA OWNERSHIP & SECURITY
You retain ownership of all data you input into the Services. CenterFuze implements industry-standard security measures, but you acknowledge that no method of data transmission is 100% secure. CenterFuze is not liable for unauthorized access to customer data unless due to our gross negligence. Data backups are performed regularly, but customers should maintain their own backups as an additional safeguard.
3. SUBSCRIPTION & AUTO-RENEWAL TERMS
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each term unless you cancel at least 30 days before the renewal date. You may cancel through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Refunds are not provided except as required by law. CenterFuze reserves the right to adjust pricing with advance notice, and continued use constitutes acceptance of updated pricing.
4. FAIR USE & API USAGE LIMITS
Excessive API usage that significantly impacts service performance may result in temporary rate limiting, suspension, or termination. CenterFuze reserves the right to determine fair use based on historical customer usage patterns and may impose additional limits on excessive API calls.
5. BETA FEATURES & EXPERIMENTAL SERVICES
CenterFuze may release Beta Features for customer testing. These features are provided ‘as-is’ without warranties, and we may discontinue or modify them at any time without notice. Use of Beta Features is at the customer’s own risk, and CenterFuze is not liable for any issues arising from their use.
6. THIRD-PARTY INTEGRATIONS & MARKETPLACE TERMS
Our Services may integrate with third-party applications (e.g., Salesforce, QuickBooks), but CenterFuze is not responsible for any issues arising from third-party services. Data sharing with such providers is at your own discretion, and their respective terms of service govern your interactions with them.
7. TERMINATION FOR CAUSE
We may terminate your account immediately if you:
- Fail to pay any due fees after a 10-day grace period.
- Violate our Acceptable Use Policy or engage in fraudulent activity.
- Misuse or reverse-engineer the Services.
8. COMPLIANCE & REGULATORY ADHERENCE
CenterFuze complies with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR and CCPA. Customers in applicable regions have the right to access, correct, or delete their personal data. Data processing agreements (DPAs) are available upon request for enterprise clients.
9. REFUND & CHARGEBACK POLICY
Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. If you initiate a chargeback dispute, your account may be suspended until the issue is resolved. Repeated chargebacks may result in permanent termination of your access to our Services.
10. GOVERNING LAW FOR INTERNATIONAL USERS
These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida, USA. If you are located outside the U.S., you agree that disputes will be resolved under U.S. jurisdiction, and you waive any right to alternative jurisdiction laws.
11. MODIFICATIONS & TERMINATION
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate Services at any time without liability. We also reserve the right to change these Terms at our sole discretion, and your continued use of the Services following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
