Infrastructure Overview
Effective Date: July 31, 2026 • Version 1.1
CenterFuze is hosted primarily on Amazon Web Services (AWS) and uses cloud infrastructure designed to support scalable, resilient, and secure SaaS operations.
Infrastructure practices are designed around service availability, operational monitoring, recoverability, controlled change, backup procedures, and response to meaningful service events. Exact architecture and redundancy depend on the applicable service scope.
The published SLA provides a 99.99% Monthly Uptime Percentage commitment for covered paid production Services. The SLA defines measurement, exclusions, claim procedure, service credits, and the exclusive remedy; it does not promise uninterrupted service.
Infrastructure protections work with encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access, authentication, logging, monitoring, backup procedures, and secure operational practices. Customer configuration and third-party integrations remain part of the shared operating boundary.
Backup and recovery procedures are designed to support restoration of critical systems. Specific recovery objectives, regional architecture, and contractual commitments are confirmed for the proposed service scope rather than inferred from this public summary.
Infrastructure and operations owners support qualified security and procurement review. Appropriate architecture discussions, questionnaires, or evidence may be available after scope validation and, where needed, confidentiality terms.
