Introduction

This Cookie Policy explains how CenterFuze, LLC uses cookies and similar technologies on our websites, applications, and Services. It should be read together with the Privacy Policy.

What Are Cookies and Similar Technologies?

Cookies are small text files stored on a device when visiting a website or using certain online services. CenterFuze may use cookies, local storage, session storage, pixels, web beacons, tags, and similar tracking technologies.

Types of Cookies

CenterFuze uses Necessary technologies for security, preference storage, and core website operation. Analytics technologies support aggregate website performance and usage measurement. Advertising/Marketing technologies support campaign attribution, approved marketing measurement, and visitor assistance. Optional categories are off under the strict default until the visitor makes an affirmative choice.

Google and HubSpot

Google Analytics is categorized as Analytics and may process page, device, interaction, referral, and approximate-location information under Google retention controls and policies. HubSpot is categorized as Advertising/Marketing and may process contact, page, device, referral, campaign, chat, and interaction information under configured CenterFuze and HubSpot retention criteria. Review [Google’s Privacy Policy](https://policies.google.com/privacy) and [HubSpot’s Privacy Policy](https://legal.hubspot.com/privacy-policy).

Why We Use Cookies

We use cookies to operate the Services, authenticate users, improve performance, maintain security, understand usage patterns, enhance user experience, and measure effectiveness of communications.

Cookie Retention and Managing Cookies

CenterFuze uses necessary technologies to operate and secure the website. Where consent is required, Analytics and Advertising/Marketing technologies are disabled until the visitor makes an affirmative choice. Visitors may accept, reject, or change nonessential categories at any time through the persistent Cookie Preferences control. CenterFuze recognizes legally applicable opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control, as requests to opt out of sale, sharing, and targeted advertising. GPC does not enable optional analytics or marketing technologies. Choices may be retained to honor the visitor’s preferences. Preference choices are retained for up to 180 days; provider retention follows the applicable configured account setting and provider policy.

Withdrawal, GPC, and Technology Limits

Rejecting or withdrawing a category stops future CenterFuze-controlled optional activity and deletes CenterFuze-accessible optional cookies or storage where feasible. A third party may retain data already received under its policy. CenterFuze detects applicable Global Privacy Control signals and keeps Advertising/Marketing disabled; GPC does not opt a visitor into Analytics. If region classification is unavailable, CenterFuze applies the strict default.

Policy Updates and Contact

CenterFuze may update this Cookie Policy periodically. Questions may be directed to privacy@centerfuze.com.

Choose which optional technologies CenterFuze may use. Necessary technologies cannot be disabled.

Changing choices stops future optional activity and removes CenterFuze-controlled optional storage where possible. Third parties may retain data under their own policies.
