Purpose and Scope

This policy establishes procedures designed to support continuity of operations during significant disruptions. It applies to production infrastructure, databases, cloud services, customer-facing applications, and operational systems.

Recovery Objectives

CenterFuze uses commercially reasonable efforts to restore critical systems as quickly as practicable and to minimize data loss using available backup mechanisms. Specific RTO or RPO commitments are not guaranteed unless separately contracted.

Disaster Events

Examples include cloud infrastructure failure, major cyberattack, natural disaster, extended service interruption, regional outage, and critical vendor outage.

Recovery Strategy

Recovery procedures may include infrastructure redeployment, backup restoration, service failover, data recovery, and application recovery.

Backups and Testing

CenterFuze maintains backup procedures designed to support restoration of critical systems. Backup strategies may include automated backups, redundant storage, backup verification, and recovery testing. Disaster recovery procedures should be reviewed and tested periodically.

Communication

Customers may be notified regarding significant service disruptions through email, status communications, or support channels.

Changing choices stops future optional activity and removes CenterFuze-controlled optional storage where possible. Third parties may retain data under their own policies.
