Dedicated channels for privacy, security, legal, and procurement review questions.

Privacy Requests

For privacy requests, data rights inquiries, and privacy policy questions, contact privacy@centerfuze.com.

Security Matters

For vulnerability reports, security questions, and incident-related communications, contact security@centerfuze.com.

Legal Notices

For legal notices, terms questions, acceptable use matters, and contract-related inquiries, contact legal@centerfuze.com.

Procurement and Compliance Reviews

Prospective customers, procurement teams, compliance officers, auditors, and security reviewers should identify the proposed service scope, target timeline, questionnaire format, evidence requested, and whether an NDA is already in place. Requests are routed to the accountable security, privacy, legal, or operations owner.

Evidence Boundaries

Public policies and qualified control summaries are available in the Trust Center. Architecture discussions, questionnaires, contractual materials, and other non-public evidence may require scope confirmation, confidentiality terms, and owner approval before release.

Response and Escalation

CenterFuze acknowledges and triages requests through the selected channel; response timing depends on urgency, scope, evidence availability, and contractual context. Suspected vulnerabilities should use the Security channel and follow the Vulnerability Disclosure guidance.

Choose which optional technologies CenterFuze may use. Necessary technologies cannot be disabled.

Changing choices stops future optional activity and removes CenterFuze-controlled optional storage where possible. Third parties may retain data under their own policies.
